What exactly is VYA?
VYA is software for shops where every piece is the only one, like vintage, secondhand and consignment stores. Listing, cross-listing, offers, buyer messages, payments and shipping all happen inside VYA, so you spend less time on admin and more time sourcing.
Do I need a website already?
No. Tell VYA what you sell and it builds a storefront for you, with no code. If you already have a website, we bring your pages and listings over so nothing gets left behind.
Where do my items get listed?
On your own storefront, and on the marketplaces you connect. Each piece has one listing behind it, so when it sells in one place it comes down from the others and you never sell it twice.
How does listing and pricing work?
Take a photo and text it in, like you would to a friend. VYA works out what the piece is, writes the title and description, and suggests a price from comparable pieces. You always set the final number before it goes live.
Does VYA handle payments and shipping?
Yes. Checkout, payouts and shipping labels are built in, so you don't leave VYA to get paid or send an order. Consignor splits are worked out for you as each piece sells.
Can I use VYA for consignment?
Yes, on the Studio and Pro plans. Each consignor's pieces, their split and what you owe them sit together on one screen, and you can pay them by direct deposit, store credit or cash.
Is my inventory and data secure?
Your shop's data is yours. We encrypt it, we never sell it, and you can export your catalog and leave whenever you like.
