About plans and pricing

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Get started with a 14-day free trial on Studio, so you can try consignment and cross-listing too. Nothing is charged during the trial, and at the end you choose the plan that fits your shop.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, whenever you like. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month, and moving down credits what you've already paid toward your next bill. Your pieces, customers and consignors stay exactly as they are.
Are there fees on my sales?
Card payments are processed by Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢, and VYA takes 1% on sales through VYA, online or by card in person. There are no additional fees on sales through the VYA Marketplace. Sales on other marketplaces pay that marketplace's fees, never VYA's. Shipping labels are charged per label, at discounted rates, and extra marketing emails are $1 per 1,000.
What counts as an AI listing?
One piece that VYA reads from your photos and drafts for you, with its title, description, details and a suggested price. Pieces you list yourself don't count, and neither does background removal. Your allowance starts again on your billing date each month.
Do I need cross-listing?
Only if you also sell on eBay or Depop. Starter covers everything you need to sell on your own website. With cross-listing on Studio and Pro, each piece is listed once and comes down everywhere else as soon as it sells.
What's the difference between Studio and Pro?
The tools are the same. Pro gives you more room: 6 seats instead of 4, 250 AI listings and ghost mannequin photos a month instead of 100, and 10,000 marketing emails instead of 5,000.
